2013 EPA Awards

I'm happy to announce that in a contest with more then 980 entries, the Evangelical Press Association announced Thursday night that in their 2013 Higher Goals Awards, Kindred Spirit, the magazine for which I serve as editor in chief, won awards in three categories:

Biblical Exposition

First place: KindredSpirit, “Take Your Faith to Work,” article by Bill Peel

Standing Column

Fifth place: KindredSpirit, “From the Chancellor,” column by Charles Swindoll

Typography and Lettering

Second place: KindredSpirit, “Drawing Near When God Seems Silent,” art by Linda
