More Faith Films Coming in Tinseltown

Coming from Roma Downey and husband, Mark Burnet: Some Faith & Family television programming for 2015. New shows include Unveiled,A.D. The Bible Continues, and The Dovekeepers.

Unveiled (NBC), a new series, involves flawed guardian angels intervening in the lives of people facing crises. The angels seek to restore faith and save lives. (Nobody promised the Downey team was sticking to the text!)
A.D. The Bible Continues (NBC) is a 12-episode series scheduled for debut on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015, covering the events that take place after Jesus's crucifixion.
The Dovekeepers (CBS) is based on Alice Hoffman's historical novel that centers on the Siege of Masada. People survived atop Masada for months, in part due to women keeping doves (protein). The book includes many Jewish-faith characters, but its themes were not "family." It's deeply researched, terrific storytelling, and full of women and their ways. It'll be interesting to see how this one plays out on screen.
Other upcoming movies include  Pontius Pilate, starring Brad Pitt; David and Goliath, starring wrestler Jerry Sokoloski (Goliath), and Clavius, about a Roman investigator (Joseph Fiennes) commissioned by Pontius Pilate to find the body of Jesus.
