Flu Reaching Epidemic Proportions

One of today's top headlines is the flu outbreak. The CDC recommends that even now if you have yet to get a flu shot, go get one. It generally takes two weeks to build immunity, but they expect this thing to still be going strong in two weeks. They also recommend covering a cough, washing hands often, and taking antiviral drugs if your doctor recommends them. Stay well!
