This "Baby" is Gifted

"October Baby"--a small-budget indie film that my daughter raved about--surprised Hollywood and the entertainment industry in its February theatrical debut, opening as the number eight movie in the country and going on to generate more than $5.3 at the box office. 

"October Baby" also drew praise from the L.A. Times and front-page mention in the New York Times. Not bad for a first-time effort at feature film for directors Jon and Andrew Erwin. 

Today DVD's of the film hit stores, providing both the movie and more than two hours of special features. If you haven't seen it yet, check it out. Our family gives it two thumb's up.
