Voice Recognition Still Has a Ways to Go

So my iPhone completely died. And I replaced it with an iPhone4. As I was transferring my apps, I downloaded the app for the Dragon software. When I opened it, I looked for a way to set it up to recognize my voice. But nothing. So I turned it on and twice I told it, "A for apple. B for bird. C for cat, a short, short word. D for daddy. E for eat. F for fruit that's nice and sweet." You might recognize this ditty from Barney and Friends. Easy words, lots of vocal inflection. I always use this when somebody needs a sound check. It works better than, "Testing, 1-2-3."
Would you like to know what the spiffy software dictated? Here it is: "Travel Weaverbird fever Pateshall shoreward. Give herdaddy pretty that's nice and sweet. Thank you for Apple Piepenburg sneak attacka short short work before daddy for a forefront that's nice and sweet."
You'll notice the one and only thing it got right both times was "nice and sweet." As long as I dictate only conversations about chocolate, it should work okay for me.
